Responsibilities:
Source, review and evaluate resumes
Conducts resume search on Web , Internal data base and job boards as needed
Resumes received will be scrutinized; (personal contact and information like Visa status, Experience will be verified by the recruiter)
Conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
Extend and negotiate offers based on current market conditions
Coordinate technical and non-technical interviews
Provide hiring officials with technically matching candidates
Ensure all paperwork has been received by HR
Generate reports as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates that extend into employment
